All items (excluding Final Sale Items) can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: No store credits, exchanges or refunds on all Clearance, Sale, $5 Sunglasses, hair accessories, hats and earrings (for sanitary reasons.)
- Returnable items must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your order.
- Items must be in unused condition with original packaging and all tags attached.
- Please wrap items carefully as we are not responsible for items received damaged as a result of improper packaging.
♦ Will shipping charges be refunded?
Shipping and handling costs that were charged when you placed your order are not refundable, unless an error was ours. If returning an item, you must do so at your own expense. Most items should be sent via USPS First Class mail. If you ordered the wrong item, or wish to exchange an item, additional shipping charges will apply.
♦ Defective items:
If an item was received defective, we will bear the shipping charges to send the replacement. Defective items will be exchanged for the same color/style. Store credit will be offered if the item is no longer available.
♦ Where should I send my return?
Please write your reason for return on the back of the packing slip which accompanied your order (or a copy of it) and send it, together with the merchandise being returned, to:
