Yes! We ship anywhere in the world! ♦ I live outside of the United States. Will I be responsible for customs charges?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country - please contact your local customs office for further information.
♦ How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are flat rate, meaning, by 1 item or many, the shipping cost is always the same low, flat rate of $2.95 US & Canada; $8.95 worldwide.
♦ How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process and ship most orders within 1 business day. Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class mail. Ship times to most domestic destinations is 1-4 business days. International orders ship via USPS International Airletter Mail. Ship times to most countries is 6-14 business days. ♦ Will I receive a shipment tracking number?
A shipment confirmation email is generated for each package (now including international packages) with the ship time stamp and delivery confirmation number. Note that USPS First Class and Priority mail uses a delivery confirmation number, which confirms delivery or exceptions, but does not track each segment of the delivery.
♦ Why was my credit card declined?
We use a professional credit card processor and gateway to process our orders. We do not have any control over what they will process or decline. We are also given very little information when orders are declined. However, the most common problem is entering an incorrect billing address that does not match the address on file with your credit card company.
If an attempt to order was declined, your card may appear to have been charged, but it is only an authorization and will disappear automatically, usually within a few days depending on your credit card issuer.
