You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time by clicking save cart. Note that placing items to your saved cart for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability. You can also save items to a wishlist and share this list with friends.

Since we ship so speedy, it may not be possible to cancel or modify your order depending on when we receive a request. Please make sure to double check your order before you check out, we cannot always modify orders once they have been placed and cannot always cancel orders before they ship, but we will try our best! You may view the status of your order by logging into your BleuDame account and clicking on Orders. Shipping confirmations with tracking information are emailed as soon as your order ships. If you did not receive any confirmation emails please check your spam filter settings.
