When are orders shipped?
Orders received before 3 pm ET weekdays typically ship the same day. Weekend orders generally ship Monday. In the event of an address issue, back order or other delay, a prompt notification will be emailed to you.

Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from Canton, Georgia which is located just north of Atlanta.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We pride ourselves on super fast shipping so while we will make every effort to accommodate changes, it may not be possible to cancel or modify your order after it has been placed. As such, we urge you to double check your order/address information carefully prior to checking out. However, if a change is needed, contact us immediately via Live Chat between 10am-5pm ET Mon-Fri. Outside of business hours, please send an email to customercare@bleduame.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Will I receive a tracking number?
A delivery confirmation or tracking number will be included in the shipment notice that is emailed to you at the time of shipment. If you created an online account (as opposed to checking out as a guest), your order information will also be available there. Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to be available and/or updated. Note: The USPS Delivery Confirmation Number will confirm delivery or note any exception or problem but it does not track each step of the delivery process.

What if I don't get my order within the average delivery time?
So that we are better able to track, reroute or recover your package, please notify us via Live Chat between10am-5pm ET Mon-Fri or via email to customercare@bleudame.com. within the time frames noted below.

Domestic and Canada customers: Please notify us within 10 business days from the date your order shipped.
International customers (excluding Brazil): Please notify us within 30 business days from the date your order shipped.
Brazil customers: Please notify us within 45 business days from the date your order shipped.

US + CANADA DELIVERY

(NOTE: All of the quoted transit times are in business days, and do not include weekends or holidays.)

USPS First Class: Unless an alternate shipping method is selected upon checkout, all domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class at a flat rate of $2.95 with the exception of large or heavy items which may carry a surcharge and will be noted in the item description. Delivery is usually 1-4 business days once a package has been shipped.

UPS Ground: 
Delivery is 1-6 business days. Please refer to the chart for ship times to your area. Ship costs are determined based on your area and weight of package and will be calculated for your review prior to completing your order.

USPS Express: Overnight delivery is available to most locations but there are a few exceptions which have a guarantee of 2 business days. To confirm delivery times to your area, please follow this link to USPS.com and enter the Ship-From zip code of 30114. Or, you may contact us via Live Chat for specific information. Orders must be received by 3pm ET Mon-Fri to ship the same day. Ship costs are determined based on your area and weight of package and will be calculated for your review prior to completing your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

(NOTE: All of the quoted transit times are in business days, and do not include weekends or holidays.)

International Shipping (excluding Brazil and Canada)
All international shipments under $250 ship via USPS First Class International. Ship cost is a flat rate of $8.95 with the exception of large or heavy items which may carry a surcharge and will be noted in the item description. Delivery time is usually 6-14 business days once a package has been shipped.

Brazil Shipping
All shipments to Brazil under $250 ship via USPS First Class International. Ship cost is a flat of $10.95 with the exception of large or heavy items which may carry a surcharge and will be noted in the item description. Delivery  time is usually 2-3 weeks but on a rare occasion may take up to 4-6 weeks.

Canada Shipping
All shipments to Canada under $250 ship via USPS First Class International. Cost is a flat of $2.95 with the exception of large or heavy items which may carry a surcharge and will be noted in the item description. Delivery  time is usually 4-12 business days.

Will I be taxed? (pertains to all international customers)
By shipping via USPS First Class International, there are virtually no duties or taxes. However, duties, taxes or customs fees are issued by the postal service in your country and cannot be determined in advance by us. Please know that should any occur, they are the buyer's responsibility. This means the buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges or any charges above and beyond what was paid at the time your order was placed.

Can you mark my package as a gift?
We cannot mark packages as a gift. All international packages are marked as samples.
Note: The gift option at checkout is for gift wrapping only.

Will I receive a tracking number? (pertains to all international customers)

However, please know that USPS First Class International does not provide true tracking information for international shipments. In some instances, tracking information may available but this is not a guarantee. Also, a package is assigned a new tracking number once it arrives in its destination country, which is not shared with us so we are unable to provide any additional tracking information other than what is provided by your country's tracking system.   

Known Issues
We reserve the right to refuse to ship to known problem customers and/or addresses.





FINAL SALE ITEMS

No store credits, exchanges or refunds will be issued for Clearance, Sale, $5 Sunglasses, hair accessories, hats and/or earrings (for sanitary reasons).

DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED

We triple check all items before they're shipped but on a rare occasion, a defective item may slip by us. If that happens, please notify us immediately and we will ship a replacement item, issue a store credit or provide a refund. We will bear standard, first class shipping costs for you to return the item to us and/or we will bear the cost to ship the replacement to you. Items returned via expedited or priority shipping methods will not be reimbursed. Note: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery date.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS + DETAILS

(1) Returnable items must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your order. 
(2) Items must be in unused condition with original packaging and all tags attached
(3) Please wrap items carefully as we are not responsible for items received damaged as a result of improper packaging.
(4) Please write the reason for return on the packing slip which accompanied your order (or a copy of it) and send it, together with the merchandise being returned, to:

+ Will shipping charges be refunded?
Shipping and handling costs that were charged when you placed your order are not refundable, unless an error was ours. If returning an item, you must do so at your own expense. Most items should be sent via USPS First Class mail. If you ordered the wrong item, or wish to exchange an item, additional shipping charges will apply. 

+ When will I receive my refund? 
Upon receipt of the return, we will process your exchange or refund and notify you by Email (if a valid Email address was supplied with your order) when complete.
