FAQ

I placed my order on your old site and need to make a return. What do I do?

No worries! Simply follow the instructions on your packing slip to make your return. Lost your packing slip? You may print out the confirmation email that you received when you placed your order as proof of purchase. Indicate somewhere on the paper whether you would like a return or exchange.

+ Fill out the included packing slip.
+ Securely pack your merchandise in the original packaging (if available) along with the packing slip.
+ Affix the included return shipping label to the original shipping box or envelope.
+ Add postage and return the package via the carrier of your choice.
